Let Only - This includes:

• Tenant find

• Accompanied viewings of the property

• Tenant referencing

• Deposit and first months rent collection

• Tenancy Agreement provided and signed by both parties on commencement of tenancy

• Advice on all regulations required for successful lettings

• £750 or 50% of the first months rent (whichever is greater)

Let and Manage - This includes:

• Tenant find

• Accompanied viewings of the property

• Tenant referencing

• Inventory check in

• Deposit and first month’s rent collection

• Utilities hand over

• Tenancy Agreement provided

• Rent collected monthly

• Monthly statements of account provided to the Landlord

• Periodic inspections of the property

• Inventory check-out at end of tenancy

• £250 set up fee + 10% monthly management fee
