FUTURE LANDLORD REFERENCE FEE - £50

BANK/BUILDING SOCIETY REFERNCE FEE - £50

UT OF HOURS EMERGENCY ATTENDANCE (TENANT FAULT) - £50 + CONTRACTOR INVOICE COST (IF REQUIRED)
